The Chinese New Year of 2024 was marked by an extraordinary joint celebration as UCSI International School and Sekolah Sri UCSI Springhill came together. This collaborative effort aimed to foster unity and strengthen the bonds between the two schools.

One of the highlights was the collaborative Yee Sang tossing, symbolizing prosperity and good fortune. Students from both schools joined hands in this symbolic gesture, followed by a potluck gathering that brought everyone together, fostering a sense of community and shared joy.

The event was graced by esteemed guests – Mr. Willi Tan, CEO of UCSI Schools Group, and Dr. Jeffery Louis, Head of Springhill Campus. Their participation added a special touch to the celebration, emphasizing the significance of the occasion for both schools.

Adding to the cultural spectacle, special performances such as the traditional Lion Dance and a grand 12-feet Dragon Dance enchanted the audience. These symbolic dances brought good luck and fortune, infusing the celebration with traditional charm and energy.
