Nurul Atiqah Abd Razak is a dedicated and versatile early childhood educator with a strong academic background and a deep passion for nurturing young learners. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech MARA and a Diploma in Business Studies from Kolej Poly-Tech MARA, Bangi. Currently, she is advancing her professional journey by pursuing a Master’s in Education (Early Childhood Education) at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).
She began her teaching career as a tutor at ITMK and Seri Cerdas Tuition Centre, teaching English and Bahasa Malaysia to students at primary and secondary levels. She then served as a temporary teacher at SK Puteri, Seremban, where she taught Mathematics, ICT, and Physical Education, while actively engaging in co-curricular activities.
From 2019 to 2021, Nurul Atiqah taught at Q-dees Senawang Perdana, educating children aged 3 to 6 years in core subjects such as Phonics, Mathematics, Bahasa Malaysia, and Science. She also handled the daycare program and led Pendidikan Islam classes, including Iqra’, providing a balanced approach to academic and spiritual growth.
From 2021 to 2023, she worked at Smart Reader Kids Paroi, where she focused on English and Mathematics as well as Tadris subjects like Ibadah and Jawi. She then transitioned to Smart Reader Kids Lavender Heights in 2023, where she continues to teach through 2025, further refining her skills in early childhood education.
Beyond her teaching duties, Nurul Atiqah has taken on leadership and creative roles, including serving as the emcee for Sports Day, project manager for concerts and graduation ceremonies, and trainer for children’s choir, drama, musical performances, and dance. Her ability to manage events and inspire young performers highlights her dynamic approach to education.
Nurul Atiqah is known for her excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. She is highly motivated, creative, and committed to continuous learning. With a strong passion for early childhood education, she strives to make a lasting positive impact on every child she teaches.
